Telegraphs could only be sent at night, once, to the GM. They will not be larger then one reasonable paragraph. They will be sent to the telegraph of the second wolf team when night phase ends The interpreter would basically choose "Receive team A's telegraph" and receive it as though it were directed to them as well.

If the interpreter intercept and replaces the message, they will not know what the original message said, but they'd be able to say whatever they want and have it sent as though it were the telegraph message. Please be as unambiguous as possible when declaring which team will be replaced. I.E., stating "Replace Wolf Team B's incoming telegraph with..." is perfectly unambiguous and I will understand you clearly. 

Oh yeah. Both wolf teams count towards the victory clause- Consider them allies, but they don't know each other.

Goes without saying that humans don't know what color they are.
