Junko Enoshima (Poisoner/Shaman): Every night, Junko may inflict Despair over a player. The Despair will reach its peak after three phases. Junko Enoshima is immune to being killed by that Despair kill. Also, Junko has seering powers.
Mukuro Ikusaba (Poisoner): Every night, Mukuro may inflict Despair over a player. The Despair will reach its peak after five phases. 
Monobear (Master Wolf/Totem): Once Monobear dies, he may pass the host a message to be posted in the thread. Immune to a Despair Kill.

Sakura Oogami (Traitor): Sided with the wolves. Doesn't know them. Doesn't count towards wolf victory.

Makoto Naegi (Healer/Angel): Every night, he may target a player. If the player is despaired, the despair will be removed. If the player isn't despaired, that player will receive temporal protection against it, for two phases. Can't be affected by Despair. Can't be killed by Despair kill. After his death, he'll revive himself five phases later.
Kyouko Kirigiri (Millwright/Seer): Every night, she may seer a player. Can't be killed by Despair kill.
Byakuya Togami (Medium): Every night, he may contact a dead player, and ask them a max of three questions. 

Touko Fukawa(Wildcard): Every phase, she'll gain some Despair. When it reaches a maximum peak (in five phases), she'll gain a Despair kill. If healed, the counter will revert back to zero, and starts again. She is aware of her Wildcard role.

Chihiro Fujisaki (Totem): After death, she may pass the host a message to be posted in the thread. Believe is a normal human, only gets revealed power after death.
Kiyotaka Ishimaru (Herring): Believes to be human.

The player who gets Despair will obtain a one-use kill power when despair reaches its peak, and the kill must be used next phase. Otherwise, the player will die automatically. Once Despair reaches its peak, it can't be healed. 

If a player is already in Despair, and gets targeted again by a Poisoner/is the Wildcard, it'll add one point to the Despair counter. 

How Despair works: If a player gets Despair in Night 1, the first phase will be Day 1, and if not healed in the next night, will reach its peak on Day 2 (if had been targeted by Junko) or Day 3 (if had been targeted by Mukuro). Then that player has to use the power the next phase, or will die.

The Despair counter is a scale from 1 to 5. It goes up by one number each phase. 

To show how being targeted by Despair more than once affects a player, I'll use the example above again.

By Night 2, the counter is at 2. If the player gets targeted again, it'll be 3 at the end of Night Two, and 4 at the end of Day Two. Meaning that, if the player was targeted by Junko, the peak will be reached on Night Two. If the player was targeted by Mukuro, the peak will be reached at the end of Night 3.

If a player immune to Despair kills is targeted with the Despair kill, the attacker will die instead. 

If a player is targeted by Junko and Mukuro at the same time, only Junko's Despair goes through. If one of them targets somebody that is already at the peak of the Despair, nothing happens.

The order of operations are Despair > Despair Kill/Peak > Healing
