A Revoker (also known as Roleblocker  or Hooker) is a role that targets other players at Night to block their night actions. If the target indeed had a night action, it will be considered to not have been performed – the Revoker stops their role from working. Revokers can be of either alignment, though they are more commonly wolf-aligned.

Typically, the Revoker only stops things the target tries to actively perform, such as Seer readings and Vigilante kills. Passive abilities, such as a Wolfsbane's kill immunity or a Miller's seer color, are not affected. Also, actions blocked by the Revoker are considered to have never happened. Thus, roles such as Tracker and Watcher cannot detect Revoked actions, and Loose Cannons will not shoot people who target them while Revoked.

Players are usually not told that they have been Revoked, unless it cannot be helped. For instance, a Revoked Seer or other investigative role must receive a "No Result" notice or something of the sort – otherwise, they may question if the host forgot about their investigation.
