Sends the Host a PM with the name of a living Player every Night Phase. That Player is given a Bomb to be used during the Day Phase. Must use his/her power every Night Phase or the Player will be chosen randomly. If the Player chosen is killed, a random Player receives the Bomb instead. Can't give himself/herself a Bomb.
